Single-storey extension

Once again we check the structural integrity of the house before proceeding with the conversion. The walls and floor will be insulated in the process to make them waterproof, and to keep the room warm.

If the garage is attached to the main building planning permission is not required as most of the renovations are done inside. This is a popular type of conversion and you will love the result.
